2. One-Time/Usage Fees

Transaction or terminal fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

3. Billing Errors

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback occurs, we may suspend services and pass through network fees.

Cancel auto-renewal anytime; the subscription remains active through the paid term.
