Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to subscriptions and usage-based services purchased fromninexhoomie.
1. Trials
Free trials may be offered. Charges begin at the end of the trial unless canceled before renewal.
2. One-Time/Usage Fees
Transaction or terminal fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
3. Billing Errors
Contact hoomie@ninexfold.com within 30 days for billing issues.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback occurs, we may suspend services and pass through network fees.
Subscriptions
Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We generally do not offer prorated refunds.
Annual Plans
Cancel auto-renewal anytime; the subscription remains active through the paid term.

Statutory Rights
